HEY THERE
I’m Jesus.
I’m a marketer, cook, husband, father, and first-generation American building the family life I didn’t inherit - and sharing the work honestly as we go.
I help businesses connect marketing to measurable outcomes. At home, I’m building roots through food, community, and a table with room for more people.

14+ YEARS IN MARKETING
I learned to see the whole system.
I entered marketing as a marketing coordinator at the Milwaukee Athletic Club after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside with a marketing degree.
Early in my career, something clicked: marketing is not a collection of disconnected tactics. Paid media, creative, email, operations, content, analytics, and customer experience form one ecosystem - and that ecosystem has to connect directly to business outcomes.
Since then, I’ve worked hands-on across local businesses, ecommerce brands, agencies, consulting firms, and Amazon.
THE WORK IN NUMBERS
Performance, not vanity.
HERE’S THE TRUTH
“I needed someone to answer all my questions about how the world worked.”
I have spent much of my life figuring it out as I went.
When I was a teenager, my single mother of four asked me whether I needed a father growing up. I remember telling her that I needed someone to answer my questions - about school, sports, college, work, marriage, fatherhood, relationships, community, history, politics, religion, and friendship.
I didn’t inherit a map for all of it. For a large part of my life, I was a nomad moving between states and looking for somewhere that felt like home. I learned by working, making mistakes, paying attention, and trying again.
That is why building a village matters. I want my children to inherit the roots, knowledge, relationships, and sense of belonging that I had to assemble for myself.
THE LIFE BEHIND THE RÉSUMÉ
Our house is full, but our table is not.
I have seven children: two humans, two cats, one dog, and two chickens.
Food is my love language. I learned to cook from my mother, carried those Mexican recipes into adulthood, taught them to my wife, and now feed them to our children. When the people I love gather around a meal I made, I feel at peace.
That same instinct is behind The Family Table: put down roots in Middle Tennessee, meet our neighbors, cook together, and become known through real relationships.
CHILDREN, IF YOU COUNT CORRECTLY

FROM A BRAND I HELPED BUILD
“Jesus brought clarity, discipline, and performance accountability to our marketing. He understood how creative, paid media, creators, and operations needed to work together - and helped turn that system into meaningful revenue growth.”
