Digital Recipe Guide Refund Policy

Our recipe guides are digital PDF downloads, not physical products. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

Duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact conversionsbyjesus@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will review the charges and refund any confirmed duplicate charge.

Download problems

If your download link does not arrive, does not work, or the file is faulty, contact conversionsbyjesus@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help you access the guide or provide a working replacement. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the affected guide.

Refund method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines how long it takes for the refund to appear.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

This policy applies only to downloadable recipe guides. Any future physical merchandise or separately booked services will have their own applicable terms.
