A larger private gathering hosted at your residence, with the food prepared using your home kitchen.
I do not offer public food sales, pickup, delivery, or off-site catering.

I’m a husband, father, and first-generation Mexican-American home cook. I learned these meals from my mother, taught them to my wife, and now feed them to my children. Inviting me into your kitchen means receiving that same care at your table.

All cooking takes place in the client’s home kitchen. Travel and final availability depend on your location, kitchen, guest count, and event details.

Where do you prepare the food?
Everything is prepared in your home using your kitchen. I bring the agreed-upon ingredients and necessary materials.
What kinds of gatherings do you serve?
Private dinners and invitation-only gatherings hosted at the client’s residence, including birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, and small business gatherings.
Do you offer pickup, delivery, or public catering?
No. I provide private chef and private in-home catering services only. I do not sell prepared food to the public.
How far in advance should I inquire?
As early as possible. Availability, menu planning, and the needs of your home kitchen must be confirmed before booking.
How is the menu planned?
We plan it together based on your preferences, guests, occasion, and what can be prepared confidently in your kitchen.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
We will discuss dietary considerations before booking, but not every request or allergen accommodation can be guaranteed.
What does it cost?
Pricing is custom and depends on the menu, guest count, location, necessary materials, and level of service.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually within two business days.
